  • Lexus can do better

    The salesperson was not very knowledgeable about the vehicles. We were given wrong information a number of times. The salesperson spent very little time explaining how to use all the features on the car I bought.

    Spent almost 3 hours before able to leave car dealership. Very strand and stressful. Two kes were promised during negotiations but only one key was provided. No complimentary gifts was provided with all the inherent delay from this transaction. Anyone who can afford an expensive Suv like 2024 Lexus deserves a better treatment and experience. Will not recommend this dealership by any means.

Due to computer chip shortages, the manufacturer is currently providing one key at the time of delivery but will furnish a second key at a later date.     The vehicle is fantastic. A major negative is that we had to wait 8 months to get the vehicle that we wanted with the features that we wanted. I was hoping to get some kind of compensation for staying loyal and waiting instead of going elsewhere but to no avail. I will admit that the vehicle was worth the wait and except for the wait, the experience with our sales rep and the dealer was great.

    When l was welcomed to Cris Garner's office, l told him that l was there to buy a car. He immediately went about the business of selling me one! It was with a sigh of relief that the process was seamless. But then, that's what l have come to expect of the business acumen of the Sterling McCall staff.     I hate buying a car because the process usually takes a long time. But this time I was in and out in record speed. Told my sale person, Hai Nguyen I need to be in and out quick due to family matters. Hai got all the paper work ready for me when I arrived. Finance department was a breeze too. Then Hai took some time to quickly go over some of the car features with me. I’m supper happy with the friendly and professional service Hai provided. Highly recommend to others and would definitely come back again here for my next Lexus.

  • No after sale service

    I recently purchased a GX460, and overall, the sales process wasn't too challenging. The salesman Thien was responsive and helpful initially, but unfortunately, things took a downturn once the purchase was finalized. Upon inspecting the car at home, I discovered a crack on the fog light, and to my surprise, I was only provided with one set of keys. Despite reaching out multiple times via phone calls and email the following day, I received no response. It felt as though the salesman's responsiveness vanished as soon as the sale was made, which has left me with a disheartening impression of the dealership. This experience has made me question my decision to purchase from them. I am now contemplating whether I should return the vehicle in the next few days if these issues remain unresolved. Furthermore, during the trade-in process for my Honda, I was surprised to see a $1300 deduction from the agreed trade-in value. This deduction was attributed to what was considered 'major' cosmetic damage, despite my assessment indicating 'moderate' damage on the appraisal questionnaire. I expected fair treatment during the trade-in process, as well as receiving a car with no defects and proper documentation, including two sets of keys. Unfortunately, these expectations were not met. Moving forward, I hope for prompt resolution to these issues and improved communication from the dealership, especially after a sale has been made.

    We had the best experience with Noe in sales. We were greeted with a smile when we walked into the sales room on the first day and he was kind, knowledgeable, and attentive from start to finish in the whole buying process.     Purchased a used car. Could not be more pleased with whole experience. They stand by their cars through and through. My car experienced some problems the day after I bought it. SML dispatched a tech to our house. He couldn’t fix the issue on the spot and they had the car picked up and brought back to the dealer. They insisted on making the car right - and they did so without further issues. Really above and beyond service!!

    Dealer was open and honest about acquisition process. Required a non-refundable deposit, and true to their word upon delivery of vehicle zero markup / ADM. The salesman, Van, did a thorough walk through and around of the vehicle, explaining technology. He acquired accessories that I requested(all weather mats)and had pre-installed them, and in my opinion went above and beyond throughout the sales process. Would buy from the dealership, 100%, again
