Manager was threatening
by Tune on 09/24/2021Manager Rodney Crow called me an idiot and threatened me when I asked for a status on a refund check that was sent to McCall Ford on 9/14th per Ford credit.We're sorry that multiple attempts to resolve your concerns that we were unable to meet your expectations.
At the end , the car was not even worth my time

Horrible service.
by JamesAlsbrooks on 05/04/2019Horrible, the worst customer service. I went in for an oil change, was told up to 0ne and half hours, no problem. One hour and 50 minutes I was told my car was ready. As I went to the counter to pay I received a text message stating my… car was ready. I paid and Isaac Barrios said to give them 10 to 15 minutes and they would pull my car around. After 25 minutes and no car I went back in and Isaac said they would bring it around. After another few minutes he came out and said he would check on it. Another 5 minutes and he drives up in my car (dirty car) gets out and said they never go to it. This was after another text and an email stating my car was ready. I did purchase this car from Sterling McCall and the last question on this survey ask about online quote and yes I received an on line quote but Sterling McCall did not honor the quote.Thank you for your feedback about your recent experience because that should not have happened. by Rubenm66 on 03/21/2019Sterling McCall Ford has totally improved their service level and the waiting experience. I schedule a 10:15 oil change and inspection and was done in an hour. Surprised for that time of day. Their new waiting area had plenty of tables,… cubicles for professionals to work and plug in lab tops, iPads and phones. While the lounge with TV was across the hall so not to be distracted! Staff paid close attention to detail! They also Text me the progress on the service and ask my approval on replacing parts without having to talk to staff. This I thought help expedite my service without the tech stopping what he was doing to waljingvto get approval! Keep up the great work SMS TeamThank you Rubenm for the kind words! A real trooper

He made it seem like it wasn't… annoying at all! He was very pleasant, and I think that was the fastest that my car has ever been taken care of, so he obviously has an eye for the best technicians!Thank you for the kind words!
