Horrible service.

Horrible, the worst customer service. I went in for an oil change, was told up to 0ne and half hours, no problem. One hour and 50 minutes I was told my car was ready. As I went to the counter to pay I received a text message stating my car was ready. I paid and Isaac Barrios said to give them 10 to 15 minutes and they would pull my car around. After 25 minutes and no car I went back in and Isaac said they would bring it around. After another few minutes he came out and said he would check on it. Another 5 minutes and he drives up in my car (dirty car) gets out and said they never go to it. This was after another text and an email stating my car was ready. I did purchase this car from Sterling McCall and the last question on this survey ask about online quote and yes I received an on line quote but Sterling McCall did not honor the quote.
