A real trooper

Edmunds was very helpful and patient with me!I forgot to tell everyone before me that I had a maintenance plan, knowing full well that it isn't written anywhere and forgetting that it always creates an issue! He made it seem like it wasn't annoying at all! He was very pleasant, and I think that was the fastest that my car has ever been taken care of, so he obviously has an eye for the best technicians!
