onSterling McCall Ford has totally improved their service level and the waiting experience. I schedule a 10:15 oil change and inspection and was done in an hour. Surprised for that time of day. Their new waiting area had plenty of tables, cubicles for professionals to work and plug in lab tops, iPads and phones. While the lounge with TV was across the hall so not to be distracted! Staff paid close attention to detail! They also Text me the progress on the service and ask my approval on replacing parts without having to talk to staff. This I thought help expedite my service without the tech stopping what he was doing to waljingvto get approval! Keep up the great work SMS Team
