by 4ataver on 05/06/2015I purchased a vehicle from them and same evening I took it home I realized it had rock chips in 2 prominent locations. Their service technicians broke the rear plate bracket when they were installing the temporary plates. I spoke to the… salesman (Manuel) who looked into the issue and promised to take care of it. I advised them that part of my review will include this information and they asked me not to post anything negative as they will take care of it. They got a quote from a windshield replacement company and was advised they will be calling me anytime to schedule time to go in and have it replaced. After a few days, the salesman called me in the morning to see if I had received a call / scheduled the replacement. A few hours later, he came back and informed me that his sales manager had refused to authorize this expense to make good on their word. I believe the sales guy tried his best to make the situation right, his management over-ruled him. I communicated in writing to their top management in detail about this and so this should not come as a surprise to them. I am mentioning this as I expect the standard "call us so we can see what we can do" response they seem to give to most complaints. Wonderful Sales Experience
by nmickey on 04/06/2015I purchased a 2015 E350 from this dealership last week. My client advisor was Trenton Hamilton. I only made 2 visits to them. I told Trenton everything I wanted on the vehicle, what my price expectations were, and he exceedingly met them.… He found the car for me, but it was at another dealer lot.. He sent one of their drivers over to pick up the car and bring it to their lot. Since I had not seen the actual car, I was not under any pressure to purchase the car if I did not like it. The General Sales Manager, Ivan Krunic was great in working with you to meet your financial goal for purchase, The customer service experience was phenomenal.Disappointing. Felt actually disrespected by the sales staff
by Sfcbrown on 03/29/2015Horrible experience!! I will preface this by saying I am an Iraq and Afghanistan combat vet with a Purple Heart and 15 total years of service. So in my career in the Army I was not a Mercedes customer I guess, but after 4 years in the… corporate world my Wife and I have done very well and I wanted to buy my first Mercedes. I was actually excited. We got to the dealership around 230pm. This was my second trip up there. We settled on the vehicle. I felt like the trade in was under valued but I was willing to go with it. I had already set up financing through our bank but the sales guy said hey we have this great deal on financing through Mercedes on this car and the rate was substantially less then what the bank was going to charge. We filled out all the paper work the rep took it back around 5 pm. At 5 mins till 7 he comes back and tells us oh sorry financing closed at 6 for some reason. He asked could we come back Monday. No I fly out of town Monday. He then tells us that the interest rate will probably change because that deal is expiring. I asked why it didn't get processed when we turned it in and why it took over two hours to tell us that finance was closed. Obviously our time was unimportant to the sales team or any manager that walked by and said nothing to us as we sat alone waiting. Maybe if we would of paid cash instead we would of been treated better. Some how I doubt it with this place!We're disappointed by your lackluster experience at Mercedes-Benz of Houston North. The car I wanted was not even on their lot, so she had it shipped to their dealership for… me and she constantly kept me updated on its delivery status and even sent me pictures when it arrived. I should have looked the vehicle over more closely but there are quite a few dents still remaining which is… supposed to be part of the service. :(Great dealership and fantastic vehicle

I chose the ML350 because it was roomy, comfortable with all the amenities that I was looking for but the best feature was that… it handled and cornered better than my current Avalon Limited. All the associates at Auto Nation Mercedes dealer in North Houston were extremely helpful, and they went above and beyond my expectations. Traded in the old car and purchased the CPO all in the same day and drove out… with the E350. Al Gott was very patient and helpful and was great to deal with. Started with Vernon on a CLS, he was easy to deal with as well. Hats off to these guys.Wife's Christmas Present a Winner!

Joshua Trenary made what is typically a tiring experience most enjoyable and earns… 5 stars from us! We are very pleased with our decision to purchase the E350 from Mercedes Benz of Houston North. Mike… Stahl was our sales manager and he was and continues to be exceptional. With all the technology he was very patient and methodical in reviewing the systems and capabilities of the E350 (multiple times at our request). We have had our car for a few weeks and Mike continues to check in periodically to see if we have questions. We have purchased a lot of cars and this has been our best vehicle purchasing experience. Chris Taylor assisted us and let us drive one GLA on the lot. We were also let in to see on the several other GLAs… on their lot (which I generally haven't see with most other dealers) so we could make an informed decision on the specific vehicle to buy as they had almost varying features from each other. Chris was very knowledgeable on the cars as were the other associates. The whole process went pretty smooth without us having to wait long with our 4 year old. He is very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle.When it came to presenting the facts as to purchase/lease… options he was very efficient. I think the negotiated sales price was fair and the trade-in reasonable. This is our second E-350 and having driven Lexus in the past this car wins hands down for comfort and quietness. Mr. Anele has been good to follow up with us to see if had any questions after having driven the car for a few days.Another reason for our returning to MB North is the Service Dept. specifically, Mr. Chris Montoya who always is good to look after the vehicles service needs and address any questions I have.New MB450 GL - what an experience!
by dj_novak on 12/23/2014I custom ordered my GL with George Buchannan of MBoHN in October '14. I was going to trade in my Cayenne S and buy a larger SUV to be able to travel with my family (including our 3-month old and a Great Dane) for Xmas holidays (1400 miles… one way, give or take). GL I test drove was exceptional, very comfortable, peppy and roomy. Not quite the Cayenne, but not lagging far behind. Due to snafu from Tuscaloosa plant's Supply Chain Management, my vehicle was not built on time (come December, we are still waiting on the vehicle to be built). So George and Mr. Krunic (General Manager, I believe) get on the horn with dealerships all over, work their magic and work out a convoluted trade with another dealer to get me the closest matching vehicle. Now, did I mention that I was panicking at this point because I did not have a plan B how to get my family from Houston to our cabin in PA? So, they saved the day, gave us a great deal and a great trade in value for our Porsche and we made it to Pittsburgh in our new car. Xmas miracle! This is the second time we are dealing with the Dealership. We bought the custom ordered E250 from them earlier in the year and had the same great experience. Albeit, it was built in Germany (and not around Holidays) so no issues with delivery timing. But a great service! So, yes. I love my GL450. And yes, I miss my few gadgets George couldn't match with existing stock in Dealerships across the North America. But, would I purchase another vehicle from the same Dealer? You betcha! Once the closest match arrived, I was in and out in 1 hr...
