I purchased a 2015 E350 from this dealership last week. My client advisor was Trenton Hamilton. I only made 2 visits to them. I told Trenton everything I wanted on the vehicle, what my price expectations were, and he exceedingly met them. He found the car for me, but it was at another dealer lot.. He sent one of their drivers over to pick up the car and bring it to their lot. Since I had not seen the actual car, I was not under any pressure to purchase the car if I did not like it. The General Sales Manager, Ivan Krunic was great in working with you to meet your financial goal for purchase, The customer service experience was phenomenal.
