  • MB key replacement

    If you’re looking for service this dealership is not the one to g. Paid for a replacement key 2 months ago and heard nothing! Called the dealership was sent to parts department where I was told a key had not been order. Called the advisor who helped us and he did not call back. I emailed him for an update and did not hear anything until after I sent him a copy of the invoice. To be told (via email) it would be at the dealership at the end of wk. when I called him back and told him I was told the key was not order he had no explanation of why it took 2 months to order a key. If I hadn’t called and emailed I would still be waiting for service from this dealership. To me that’s unacceptable.

    My wife has driven BMW's the past 16 years and wanted to give a pre-owned MB a try. Last May we bought said vehicle and as we had a couple of minor fixes the dealership agreed to take care of, we ran into a mistake where the seat cover had been torn when they repaired the seat belts. They acknowledged the mistake and agreed to take care of it. That was last July and after months of waiting to get a new seat cover in, 3 different times and multiple back and forth trips to the dealership, we finally have it resolved. Multiple times we left our vehicle there only to pick it up; 1st, when they ordered the wrong seat, 2nd, they had a tear in the new one and 3rd, another imperfection was noticed. In addition I don't believe I was ever notified when the new seat cover came in and had to reach out multiple times over the year to ask. Again, this minor incident took 12 months to rectify and multiple inconveniences on our part as well as the service departments. I know this is not normal but, it was not a good 1st impression with our new dealings with MB.

    Jay Kohn was great, attentive and efficient with the repair. I have been seeing Jay as my Service Writer /Specialist for many years and have puschased 3 new MBs from Greenway.Finally, Jay is remarkably improved over the years.

    Have been a customer for over 2 decades. Started with my C class then E class and NOW THE S- CLASS. SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN FIRST CLASS. There is another Benz dealership closer to my residence. I just do not feel comfortable going there. GREENYWAY is the way! Honestly!

    I purchased my car from another dealership but have an outstanding warranty and wanted to take advantage. It was easy to schedule and arrival was smooth-ish. My name was not on the calendar but I received confirmation. Once we worked through that, my person arrived asked what I wanted done although i added to my appointment. I was shuttled to work. I was told they would communicate via text my person did more calling than texting. Also, when I was told their findings, the 1st question was where did I buy the car? Instantly I'm worried thinking I purchased a lemon when in fact I needed an oil change (too much oil added) and my brake pads will need to be changed in the near future. I moved forward with oil change but had to get pricing provided. I also asked for pricing on the brake pads and have never received. I was not told how to get a shuttle back. I was told my car could be picked up via text. When I arrived I waited, no information was provided outside of what was done and my car would be delivered outside the doors. I watched other people get true one on one service including walked to area and how to navigate pickup. I did share with my person, who asked again upon arrival where I bought the car from, which is still not important based on the identified issue that they should work on delivery of information. I had to ask 2 additional people how do I pick up my car. Bottom line. I will not return to this location for anything ever. Perhaps systemic training of how to work with potential customers could be had by all, as I leave out what another employee did/did not do upon arrival.

    EXCEPT for my right rear wheel cracked on my new $100,000 E53AMG - thank god Rollo’s welded it so I can drive my new car with🤞and 🙏…. There is no wheel to be had anywhere in the world!!! How can M-B sell me a $100,000 car yet have No parts. Germany said maybe after Christmas. Been on order 6 weeks and M-B didn’t bother letting my dealership know there’s no replacement until after 5 weeks!!! This is totally unacceptable!!! What do I do if this wheel completely craters-out again??? 😡. Mary Kingelin

    The supervisor was dismissive when I told Mercedes that my temp gauge was still not functioning correctly. They were still dismissive when I told them I know how my care behaves. When I told them to give me a refund so I could take my car to a competent mechanic, they paid attention!!! To this day, the temperature gauge is still dramatically fluctuating. I have an appointment to attempt for the 3rd or 4th time to fix the car.
