MB key replacement

onIf you’re looking for service this dealership is not the one to g. Paid for a replacement key 2 months ago and heard nothing! Called the dealership was sent to parts department where I was told a key had not been order. Called the advisor who helped us and he did not call back. I emailed him for an update and did not hear anything until after I sent him a copy of the invoice. To be told (via email) it would be at the dealership at the end of wk. when I called him back and told him I was told the key was not order he had no explanation of why it took 2 months to order a key. If I hadn’t called and emailed I would still be waiting for service from this dealership. To me that’s unacceptable.
