    Hector was so nice and informative! Got me in and out quickly even though I didn't have a reservation. I still had a short wait maybe 30 minutes? perfect downtime to catch up on email and messages!!! Everything is 100% and they even remembered to reset the maintenance monitor alert!

    Dropped off truck at 0745 hours for oil change and loose window seal. Got dropped off with shuttle at work. Called service at 1400hrs, veh still on review. Got dropped back off at toyota and was told that they could not find fault on window seal. I was not notify regarding window seal. I walked up to serv advisor and asked me to show the fault. I walked up to the truck and lifted the loose window seal. I asked to wait again. And at 1528 hrs, i received txt msg stating that the vehicle is complete, but the seal is in back order. No biggie, but hope next time the advisor needs to communicate more. If I didn't show up, not sure when they would be done with my truck.

    I was very pleased with my service on getting an oil change and engine air filter. I had to turn around and come back because the engine light came on the filter was not plugged into the place just right. The service advisor (Clayton Elmer) was very very helpful on getting this situation taken care of so it wouldn’t get any worse. I love coming to Auto Nation because they treat the customers as if it was their vehicle.

    My visit on 9-18-23. Was significantly better than past visit. The greeters did what they are paid to do. They Greet !! My wait time for the Service Advisor was a little long, but when she came to check me in Ms.Keshia Clark was professional and friendly. She listened to me explain my problems with my AC that I was having. The Service Technician was very polite and he also listened to he could get a better understanding of the problem I was having. He said he was somewhat familiar with my issue but told me he would have to check it out. I had good communication with the service advisor and technician throughout the entire process. I would have given a five if it had not been for the wait time.

    This is the third visit I’ve had with auto nation and there has always been issues. This time the oil plug wasn’t screwed in properly to the oil pan so I was driving around leaking oil. You guys need to hire people with better work ethic and stop hiring these young boys who do not care. Also who is in charge to inspect after all work is completed? I never got the tires rotated as promised.

    Took my new Tacoma in for it's 5,000 mile checkup on 6/8/2023. Tires were rotated and they had to order inner weatherstripping for front drivers side door. Expected delivery of part ordered was to be 7 to 10 days. Service writer said she would text me when part came in. Never heard anything so on 8/5/2023 I sent a text message to service writer requesting update. Received a text stating that she would text me when it came in. I called and left messages for my assigned service writer, as well as two of the service managers and never received any calls. Finally, I was able to talk to what I believe was a receptionist and she checked with the parts department and the weatherstripping had come in. I was finally able to talk to my service writer and scheduled an appointment to have the weatherstripping installed as well as having the drivers side window retained. I took my vehicle in and was told that I should be prepared to be there 2 hours. Time on invoice (#1130305) to install weatherstripping indicates .4 hr. I was there for 4 hours, surely it does not take 3.5 hrs. to tint one window. I later found out that one of the employees who does tinting did not show up for work. The lack of concern from my service writer and the service manager was very unprofessional. I am not complaining about the individuals who actually performed the work on my Tacoma, only on those who are supposed to be customer focused.

  • Ripoff, with annoying follow ups

    Officially are selling vehicles at MSRP. When it comes to purchase there are $3500+ of questionable protections and coatings with no option to refuse. Then the paperwork says “ I understand these are optional”, but verbally the sales rep and manager state that it is company policy, and those items cannot be refused. I was going to let this slide, but the kicker are the multiple emails I have received asking me to leave an honest review. For the price l paid, I should not have been in any marketing lists. After 5 emails, the last of which are offering the spammy “chance to win a $100 gift card” I am finally leaving an honest review.

    Got there greeted kindly. Was about 1 hour to complete.22 point inspection, had a report what I needed done on my next visit....very nice waiting area with clean restrooms.

    I enjoyed working with Rachel and the folks out there, and my experience was that they are hard working and keep their word. I am located 100 miles from the dealership and called to see what they had in stock. Their inventory was complete, and even through they did not have what I was seeking when I called at first, in 3 days Rachel called me and said she had found exactly what we wanted. I cannot say enough nice things about them. Most dealerships I visited seemed to have never recovered from COVID and had little or no inventory to speak of, but Auto Nation seemed to be fully recovered with a more complete inventory. Try it out!
