AutoNation Toyota Gulf Freeway
Dealership Sales Review
I will never again set foot in this car dealership. I can't even bring myself to go back to get some things checked out. I'd rather do it myself to know that it was done correctly. I spent 6 hours there, waiting for paint to dry. My car was suppose to have been detailed and charging the whole time. I was only interested in one vehicle so, it wasn't a question of me not purchasing the thing. By the time I was done there it was 6:30, my car was barely charged enough to make it home. The sales dude was alright, but as with any other car dealership experience you knew he was NOT going above and beyond and customer satisfaction clearly wasn't a priority. I had just found a manager to actually complain (which I so rarely do), and he finally decided to pull up with my barely charged car that didn't look like they'd done any detailing, or anything else. Carvana from now on-all day every day. The prices are a little higher than they would be at a normal dealership, but ever car I've gotten from them was pristine, perfect condition. The convenience of having it delivered and being able to complete the credit stuff in 30 minutes is well worth the extra you spend.
