Horrible First time Customer Service

I normally have my service done at Autonation in Winter Park, FL and never had any issues great service everytime but since moved to Texas and this is my first time getting service at this location and it was an unpleasant experience. I had a 12p appt for a tire rotation and sat in the car until almost 1p and it was probably 3 cars ahead of me. The service advisor Eduardo said about 2hrs wait time I waited 2hrs and didn’t get an update until after 3hrs via photo of my car and I then texted the advisor and I was told to give them 5 mins and after 33min I texted the advisor Eduardo again and didn’t receive a response until 20mins later return he said there were 100 cars ahead of me. If it was so busy why give me 2hr wait time. All of a sudden I ask him to bring me my car and they’re done. I don’t even believe the rotation was even done or it was already done along time ago and was sitting. No compensation for my wait or nothing. Also called for the manager and left a voivemail no response. Seem like management could care less. Ridiculous!!
