    went it for a routine oil change was quoted a 1-1.5hrs wait but ended up waiting close to 3hrs. Jose did apologize and inform me they were short staff and that's why it was a longer wait.

    The service crew did a great job on the standard service and acted in a professional manner. They completed the services and got the vehicle back to me earlier then expected. And they cleaned the truck, much appreciated.

  • First service on F-150 King Ranch.

    First visit for my F-150 (King Ranch). Appointment at 7AM. Assigned advisor was late to work. Another advisor stepped in right away to get me started. I asked what was need for this fist visit (~8K miles), his repsonse was "Oil change… and Tire Rotation. You'll be done in less than an hour". I went to wait in the waiting room. Waited for 80 minutes until my originally assigned advisor came to get me. I signed the paperwork and left...all seemed good. Inspected the paperwork when I got home and saw "ROTATE NOT COMPLETE, NO WHEEL LOCK AVAILABLE". No one came to ask me where the wheel lock was. (It was in the center console.) No one apparently looked.

    My whole experience is that I got my car back in good working condition, received updates during the whole process. My service technician was nice, polite, and helpful, during the whole time. I know most of everyone reads reviews and… wonders about what they read but it was good for me.

    Well, my car was at dealer for 2 months, I think, the communication isn't there and return calls when promised. If it wasn't for my efforts on checking status of my vehicle it would still b there. I know I purchase aftermarket… parts/Steeda. But ask them if they can install them. Answer was yes.

    Kurt and Hugo made everything so smooth and easy! Will absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone. Fantastic customer service.     Mark Neal assisted me. I got an oil change, point check, cabin filter, and inspection done. Mark was very professional as well as informative on discussions for future services. Only issues I had was glove compartment had a gap on top and… side and doesn't close as well. I reached out to Mark and he was very receptive and is already setting me up to return to look at the issue.

    The advisor (Mark) whom I approached was very helpful, he explained to me in a manner that I can understand what needs to done on my vehicle. He gave me a chance to ask questions and gave a detailed explanation. He called to update me on… the status of my vehicle if there was a need for replacement. Overall rating for him is 10/10.
