First service on F-150 King Ranch.

onFirst visit for my F-150 (King Ranch). Appointment at 7AM. Assigned advisor was late to work. Another advisor stepped in right away to get me started. I asked what was need for this fist visit (~8K miles), his repsonse was "Oil change and Tire Rotation. You'll be done in less than an hour". I went to wait in the waiting room. Waited for 80 minutes until my originally assigned advisor came to get me. I signed the paperwork and left...all seemed good. Inspected the paperwork when I got home and saw "ROTATE NOT COMPLETE, NO WHEEL LOCK AVAILABLE". No one came to ask me where the wheel lock was. (It was in the center console.) No one apparently looked.
