by Bdub2025 on 05/17/2025Todd Dietel explained everything to us on both of the trucks I just looked at first day, didn’t test drive any because of time restraints. We came back next day and test drove a 2025 Sierra 1500 SLT 4WD just like the 2021 I had. Again Todd… was patient and explained all the new features on 2025 SLT and Denali we drove. Again we left and had planned on looking where I bought last time. Enjoyed our experience and trade numbers so well, we made an offer third day and came back and bought on 4th day. I’m 67 and have bought many cars for my family over the years. Totally best experience I’ve had and gave Todd and Freeman info to good friend about ready to try new GMC. by Aggravated on 08/18/2024Bought a 2024 GMC Sierra on August 9th. Steering was feeling funny by the 12th. I scheduled an appointment for the 14th at 7am since I work for a living. At 9am I had not received an update, so I went to the front desk. After secretary… fumbles for 10 minutes trying to find me in the system and locate my service rep he appears. He proceeds to tell me they will need my truck the rest of the day and potentially the following, which is somewhat understandable. The problem is I purchased this truck on the 9th because my other truck was stolen in Houston on the 4th. We were moving our daughter to Texas Tech on the 15th and needed our truck. I told the service rep that I needed a truck and he offers me a hummer. What am I going to haul in a hummer. I told the service tech I was not happy and that I would take my truck back until we could schedule appointment. He called later that day and we scheduled to drop off my truck on the 16th first thing in the morning. He then proceeds to tell me I would need to find my own transportation as they did not have anything for me to drive. I had a come to Jesus moment with this Rep and said this is unacceptable. I have bought 4 vehicles in the last 2 years and your going to treat me like this? NOPE!!! After going off and calling my sales rep who has been great. I get a call back from service rep saying they miraculously found a vehicle for me to drive. Service work was completed on the 16th as promised and truck is currently operating correctly.Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Won’t honor Warranty on a 2024 Terrain
by USMC 24 on 07/21/2024I bought my 2024 Terrain from Freemen GMC in January of ‘24. It was used as a demo and had 4k miles on it. Here in Texas we had MAJOR storms that cause the small magnify circle mirror on the driver side to bubble and be dull. To it to… Freeman Service in early June, where the service advisor told me they would fix it. However they needed to order the part. 2 weeks later I got a call that the parts were in. I asked my son to take it in as I had work. This is when the refused to replace/repair the mirror claiming it was “after market”. I had images that they were there when I bought it. I was informed someone did it when they had it as a demo and wouldn’t repair/replace it.Thank you for sharing your experience with us regarding your 2024 Terrain. When I arrived Edwin got right to work getting a value for my trade-in while I checked out the new Buick Encore GX… Sport Touring! Everything moved quickly after that. There were no games or gimmicks, no back and forth. Edwin gives you honest and straightforward numbers from the beginning to save everyone’s time. Once we settled on numbers, I moved to Susan’s office. She is also a rockstar! She quickly found financing for me and got the paperwork finalized. The dealership was extremely busy due to end of year sales but not once did I feel unimportant or like my wait was too long. I also had to bring my young daughter along and everyone was so sweet and accommodating with her. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle all by myself and it couldn’t have gone better! I made an online apt request on Tuesday in response to an email received from you. I received no response by Friday to… confirm the appointment, and had to call the dealership to confirm. When I spoke with the service writer, he had received the request but had not sent any confirmation. This is the 3rd time I've tried to make an online appointment, and have not received responses or confirmations on any of them.Oil Change
