by Claycrusher on 01/19/2018I had my sway bar linkages break on my Suburban while driving through the Dallas area. I'm from out of state. The positive- the service staff was friendly and was able to fix it while I waited. The negative- they charged me 2 hrs of labor… when the GM computer system says it's a .7 hr job. Their excuse was because the bolts were rusted.... that's expected when they are old enough to break. I contacted my home town GM dealership, who knowing the bolts had to be cut off, still stated that it was a .7 hr job. My independent mechanic also stated it was a half hour to hour job with the cutting. But since I was transiting through, they realized they had the opportunity to make some extra off me. Rather classless for a dealership. I would suggest avoiding this dealership if at all possible!Graff work

by jlpadilla on 07/31/2014I brought my car in back in May for inspection and oil change. I believe the inspection was done because I go my sticker but the oil change that I was charged for was not done. When I explained this to the New Service Manager he took care… of it and made sure my oil change was done. Not to mention, my car was inspected this time and found out that I do need additional work done for my vehicle to operating at peak performance. I am completely satisfied.Good Service
by o2br2 on 09/19/2009My experience with Graff has so far been what I would hope for in a dealers service department. They recently did a brake job on my Cobalt SS Supercharged and they did a great job. No noise, squealing or any pull from the brakes and I have… had a couple of bad brake jobs from independent mechanics in the past. I have had 2 oil changes there and they haven't overfilled it which is something I will not tolerate. More than what the manufacturer says to use is not better when it comes to the amount of oil in your engine. They have been polite without being aloof or appearing to not care which is good when you live in a large metro area like the Dallas and Fort Worth area. They actually seem to care about the product they sell and many dealers act as if you don't matter once you sign the dotted line on that new car. And they are actually more like a a dealership you might find in a much smaller metro area where they try to establish relationships with their customers in an effort to keep them coming back. They are Old School for all of the younger people reading this. I do recommend them and hope they continue to treat their customers with respect.Very Poor Service
by tlaing on 09/19/2012updated 06/01/2025I took my 2012 Silverado in for a 10,000 mile maintenance check on 9-15-2012. I waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Last night 9-18-2012, my engine light went on: popped the hood and the oil cap was missing. I'll be… monitoring and will return for any related damage. But I won't be going back to Graff. I gave 1 star because you have to choose a star, otherwise, it would be zero.GOOD SERVICE
by marc666 on 04/27/2013updated 06/01/2025Late in the day on a Friday and the service tech was courteous and polite and took my car in for servicing the airbags. Took about an hour and a half to replace a connector and I was on my way home with NO red light on the dash any more.… Denny L., my new car sales consultant, came by for several chats between customers that helped pass the time.
