Very Poor Service

I took my 2012 Silverado in for a 10,000 mile maintenance check on 9-15-2012. I waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Last night 9-18-2012, my engine light went on: popped the hood and the oil cap was missing. I'll be monitoring and will return for any related damage. But I won't be going back to Graff. I gave 1 star because you have to choose a star, otherwise, it would be zero.
