Graff Chevrolet
Dealership Service Review
I had my sway bar linkages break on my Suburban while driving through the Dallas area. I'm from out of state. The positive- the service staff was friendly and was able to fix it while I waited. The negative- they charged me 2 hrs of labor when the GM computer system says it's a .7 hr job. Their excuse was because the bolts were rusted.... that's expected when they are old enough to break. I contacted my home town GM dealership, who knowing the bolts had to be cut off, still stated that it was a .7 hr job. My independent mechanic also stated it was a half hour to hour job with the cutting. But since I was transiting through, they realized they had the opportunity to make some extra off me. Rather classless for a dealership. I would suggest avoiding this dealership if at all possible!
