Late in the day on a Friday and the service tech was courteous and polite and took my car in for servicing the airbags. Took about an hour and a half to replace a connector and I was on my way home with NO red light on the dash any more. Denny L., my new car sales consultant, came by for several chats between customers that helped pass the time.
