Changed my tires, but car was left in unsatisfactory condition

Their Service Representatives & Adam, Manager, listen to your concerns and address them in a timely manner. I would… not trust my vehicle to anyone else. They go above & beyond any other Dealership. by Joyaassdi on 04/30/2024Went in for the A service, was told by rep Emily that it will take about 1hr-1.5 hr, and asked if I will be waiting in the lobby or not, I said since it will take an 1-1.5hr, I will have someone pick me up and will come back. 3.5hrs later… my car is still not ready. Emily came and told me since I didn't waited in the lobby it "delayed the process by the technician" and tried to lie the she said it will take 2-3 hrs. My car wasnt ready till close to 4 hrs! Warranty work

Called back and the tech supervisor resolved the issue. Still frustrating as I had to… waste more time and money on something that should have been easily noticed. horrible dealership & horrible experience
by Pooneh B. on 04/07/2024Let me start by saying I’ve owned 3 Mercedes vehicles since 2016- I purchased a NEW car back in June of 2021. The buying process itself was good. Linda is an amazing sales associate. However they sold me a lemon car. The car spent the… majority of the first year in the shop. Random transmission kicks, engine misfires, problematic fuel pump, a/c knocking. Some of these issues were never solved. Time after time I took my car there and they’d expect me to “duplicate” these issues, as if I intentionally cause my transmission to kick, or my engine to misfire. They gaslight you into thinking you’re the problem. The service advisors are unprofessional. Aside from all of that I purchased prepaid maintenance (4 prepaid services) when I first bought the car. They refused to do the last one because it had “expired” even though I took my car in on schedule. When I picked up the car today i noticed there was scratches all over the windshield (almost intentional, not the same pattern as windshield wipers) and the employees there were once again UNHELPFUL. I’m very dissatisfied. For a “luxury” vehicle dealership, Mercedes Benz of Georgetown is the worst place to go. I have dealt with other luxury vehicles in the company and they've been very accommodating.
