onWent in for sprinter warranty work. Advisor was great and vehicle was completed quickly but repair left dash scratched up and created another problem. Called back and the tech supervisor resolved the issue. Still frustrating as I had to waste more time and money on something that should have been easily noticed. Doesn’t leave me with much confidence but unfortunately nowhere else to take my sprinter
