onWent in for the A service, was told by rep Emily that it will take about 1hr-1.5 hr, and asked if I will be waiting in the lobby or not, I said since it will take an 1-1.5hr, I will have someone pick me up and will come back. 3.5hrs later my car is still not ready. Emily came and told me since I didn't waited in the lobby it "delayed the process by the technician" and tried to lie the she said it will take 2-3 hrs. My car wasnt ready till close to 4 hrs! No respect for their customer's time!
