Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown
Dealership Service Review
Let me start by saying I’ve owned 3 Mercedes vehicles since 2016- I purchased a NEW car back in June of 2021. The buying process itself was good. Linda is an amazing sales associate. However they sold me a lemon car. The car spent the majority of the first year in the shop. Random transmission kicks, engine misfires, problematic fuel pump, a/c knocking. Some of these issues were never solved. Time after time I took my car there and they’d expect me to “duplicate” these issues, as if I intentionally cause my transmission to kick, or my engine to misfire. They gaslight you into thinking you’re the problem. The service advisors are unprofessional. Aside from all of that I purchased prepaid maintenance (4 prepaid services) when I first bought the car. They refused to do the last one because it had “expired” even though I took my car in on schedule. When I picked up the car today i noticed there was scratches all over the windshield (almost intentional, not the same pattern as windshield wipers) and the employees there were once again UNHELPFUL. I’m very dissatisfied. For a “luxury” vehicle dealership, Mercedes Benz of Georgetown is the worst place to go. Would not recommend.
