Harold Clemmons provides honest, relevant information about what's required for the car. That means the most, the honesty and… truthfulness. Excellent Service Department - Service Advisor Marvin
by Kristen M on 07/09/2022I took my Traverse in for the routine oil change/tire rotation. Service Advisor, Marvin greeted me with kindest welcome & smile. He answered all my questions and explained what would be done today, as well as what to expect on my next oil… change (checking of cabin filter etc.). He was so kind & his customer service was impeccable!! Not always, but on occasion, men in this field can tend to talk down to women or treat them as inferiors etc. Marvin treated me with the upmost respect and very courteous and professional. His professionalism as well as his impeccable customer service really stood out to me!! Thank you, Marvin, for making sure all my questions were answered and that I understood what to expect. by Luevanos on 05/02/2019updated 05/09/2019I’ve had a problem with my truck for over a year it has been in the shop for over five months at a time and still the problem exist service department gives me an attitude the manager and never speaks with me that runs Jupiter Chevrolet and… I get the runaround and parts are being put on and changed out to try to see if the problem can be solved and as of today it is still not resolved yesterday I talk to service Caleb and an attitude was given to me and told that the truck makes that type of noise it’s common then if it’s common explain to me why it was in the shop for five months and still today it is still having a problem and tell me if it’s common why are you changing parts out on the truck I will pursue this more and get it resolved like I said it’s going on a year of ups and downs I want to return jupiter Chevrolet the truck to them because it is not worth paying the amount of money I’m paying forHorrible service

by bulldog45 on 09/28/2010It took me 4 tries to just make an appointment because no one ever answered the phone. I finally talked to Malcomb the service manager. He claimed that they were just too busy to answer the phone. That should have been the clue to stay… away. I made an appointment for the following Tuesday morning to take my wife's Equinox. I didn't hear from them all day so I called at 5pm. They hadn't done anything to the car so they agreed to give me a rental. Well their rental place closed at 6 and they didn't pick me up until 6 so now I had to go to a Ford dealership and use their rental place. Unbelievable! I called the next day at 2pm, but of course I'm routed around the world again. I finally get thru and David, my service guy was in a class, so Kevin says my car again had not been touched. Now I'm fuming! I tried calling Malcomb, but again around the world I go. After 3 or 4 more tries I finally talked to Malcomb, who now says that they are 2 days behind and haven't had time to get to my car. Now why didn't he tell me that on Monday? I go in and talked to Alex the Sales Manager, he gracefully apologizes and promises to get it fixed so I give them another chance. That afternoon Malcomb calls and says the car will be fixed the next day. Thursday afternoon, I pickup the car thinking finally I have the car and it is now fixed. Nope, spoke too soon, the car is still making the same noise it was before. I called the following Monday to talk to Alex, but Alex is out so I talk to Mr. "OK", Donald who all he seems to be able to say is "OK" as I am explaining to him my situation. When I'm done explaining he says, OK, what do you want for me to do? And this is a manager? Where do they find these people at? Never again, will I have anything to do with that dealership.Disappointed
by concerned17 on 05/25/2010Where do I start... BUYER BEWARE! Service is horrible. My car was in their shop for 7 days. I paid nearly $3000 in repairs. When I picked up my car, it started cutting out almost immediately. I called the service center and was told to… bring it back in. When I did, the Service Manager told me that it was my fault the car was cutting out. I have had two different mechanics look at the repair bill showing what had happened and what work was done, and based on the type of work that was done on the original repair, Jupiter Chevrolet should have replaced the spark plugs and spark plug wires as part of the original repair. Had they properly test drove the car after the repair, they would have caught the issue and I would not have been on foot an additional two days. One one final note, in a period of 9 days, they had three different Service Advisers oversee the repairs on my car. The first two either quite or were fired. Staff turnover that high is a sign that something is not quite right with your organization.Great experience!

I Brought my Tahoe in for service and was greeted immidiately by Gloria as soon as I pulled in. She took down my concerns and gave me… an estimated time frame. My car was fixed quicker than they promised! Thank you Gloria for outstanding work!Satisfied
