Excellent Service Department - Service Advisor Marvin

I took my Traverse in for the routine oil change/tire rotation. Service Advisor, Marvin greeted me with kindest welcome & smile. He answered all my questions and explained what would be done today, as well as what to expect on my next oil change (checking of cabin filter etc.). He was so kind & his customer service was impeccable!! Not always, but on occasion, men in this field can tend to talk down to women or treat them as inferiors etc. Marvin treated me with the upmost respect and very courteous and professional. His professionalism as well as his impeccable customer service really stood out to me!! Thank you, Marvin, for making sure all my questions were answered and that I understood what to expect. Great customer service!!!!
