Very Good Service, but…
by AH on 09/17/2022Very good service department however, my ABS and EBS systems need to be serviced due to a failed module and they are so over loaded with vehicles they need to keep my truck for 5 to 10 days to get it fixed. That obviously won’t work when… you need your vehicle every day.Thank you for the feedback and yes, with the chip shortages and low levels of New and Used inventory nationwide, every car dealer is packed full in service on the account of people typically keeping their vehicle longer with less in the market to trade (so there is more to fix these days). It looks like it may be that way for another 6 months or so. We will keep trying as hard as we can, thank you.

Disappointed
by J W Bolin on 09/01/2022I took my 2012 1500 truck in with what I thought was an electrical starter problem. After a few days I was caked and told they thought I had a cam problem. Would have to take engine apart to see all the problems or possibly a new engine… $10,000 round numbers. I said no I will come get truck. I did.I have no problem admitting when we are wrong on something or have made a mistake; however, this is NOT one of those occasions, sir. The diagnosis was performed by a factory-trained technician. Internal engine failure was confirmed at the camshaft and lifters. Due to the age and mileage of the vehicle, a 2012 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi with 176,414 miles, you were offered a price to tear down and find the cause of failure and repair cam and lifters only, which can be more affordable. Or replace the complete engine long block and start fresh. The engine long block is recommended at this time and mileage. Because repairing an older engine is still costly and there are many other parts in the engine that could fail down the road after all the money was invested in repairing. The 1-star review is not warranted as the advisor who worked with you, performed his job advising you of the failure and 2 directions that could be taken to resolve upon the technician's diagnosis. Engine repairs are very expensive and $10,000 is not uncommon in this day and age to replace 5.7 Hemi engine parts, tax, and labor. I may not have been the resolution to your vehicle you had hoped for, but it is not because of Glenn Polk.

Service sucked
by Djay56 on 08/12/2022I made an appointment to have my car fixed. I brought in when I was told to and was told it would take a couple days. What I wasn’t told is that it could take longer than that for them to even look at it. On the 4th day I called to check on… the status and found out that the vehicle hadn’t even been looked at. I made the decision to pick my car up and take it elsewhere. It was parked at the back of the lot- like out of sight out of mind. I had always had good service before and I expected the same this time. It didn’t happen.Recent service
