Very Good Service, but…

Very good service department however, my ABS and EBS systems need to be serviced due to a failed module and they are so over loaded with vehicles they need to keep my truck for 5 to 10 days to get it fixed. That obviously won’t work when you need your vehicle every day.

Thank you for the feedback and yes, with the chip shortages and low levels of New and Used inventory nationwide, every car dealer is packed full in service on the account of people typically keeping their vehicle longer with less in the market to trade (so there is more to fix these days). It looks like it may be that way for another 6 months or so. We will keep trying as hard as we can, thank you.
