I made an appointment to have my car fixed. I brought in when I was told to and was told it would take a couple days. What I wasn’t told is that it could take longer than that for them to even look at it. On the 4th day I called to check on the status and found out that the vehicle hadn’t even been looked at. I made the decision to pick my car up and take it elsewhere. It was parked at the back of the lot- like out of sight out of mind. I had always had good service before and I expected the same this time. It didn’t happen.
