Good but not Great
by AmyO on 06/12/2022Took my big Dodge in for oil change, fuel filter change yearly inspection and tire rotation. Picked it up sooner then I expected which was great. Oil change fuel filters changed and inspection done.great Rotated tires were NOT CHECKED FOR… AIR so I had to do that when I returned home Not good! The technician left a big swipe of oil on the console..also not good! It’s the details that keep our expectations high.You are absolutely correct. We can’t do the majority of it perfect but then fail on the little details. Thank you for doing business with us and for letting me know. We will do better.

by Amy on 05/28/2022About a month ago my windshield wipers stopped working. I knew that I had purchased the lifetime warranty for my vehicle so I took it to Glenn Polk to be fixed. At first I was a little anxious that they might give me a hard time with the… warranty but to my shock and amazement they didn’t! Everything went smoothly and they had my Jeep fixed up in a day.
