Great buying experience not so much on service-Low tire pressures
by RC on 11/08/2022Great buying experience but routine maintenance is questionable. Great customer service but not happy with service. Took in for tire rotation and my tires all had low tire pressure warning on them within 6 hours so had to go to Discount… Tires to fix them!Thank you for the kind words about your buying experience and the feedback on the tire pressure. I understand your frustration and we actually get many people upset about those tire pressure monitors. When we have big drops in temperature, the light can NOT be on when it is 80 degrees in the morning & BE on by 7pm when it dropped to 50 degrees (people call in all the time). Sometimes we adjust them for folks and unfortunately, the very next day it has to be adjusted again because of temperature differences. We will continue to work through it and thank you again.

Talented and trained professionals that always get the work done in a timely manner. Service Reps are always courteous and try there very… best to make your experience as quick and painless as possible. Most all repair work comes with a warranty as do the parts. There is a very nice waiting area if you have to stay there while you get the work done (even toys for the kids) with drinks available. Our family has always been treated well at Glenn Polk and we plan on continuing the tradition as our little come of age.Thank you Mr. Cook for your years of patronage. Your family means a lot to Glenn Polk and we certainly appreciate your business and kind words sir.

Their service reps sit with you and listen to concerns, discuss factory suggested services, print out our completed procedures and… make a plan to keep my big beautiful investment happy. I pre-buy oil changes at a big discount. Like buy three and get fourth for free.Thank you very much for continuing to buy from us since 2017. I have an amazing team that is great at communication. They worked with me to set a day that was convergent for me to drop off the jeep for repair. The quickly diagnosed the problem and informed of the… situation. They had to call in a part from Dallas. I had my jee repaired in a day and a half. They treated me as if I was the only customer. They are honest, polite and professional towards me. They are amazing! They get my highest recommendation for all your repair needs.Daniel, thank you so much for communicating how awesome my team is. Service - Second to None!

Not only did they process that with no appointment and quickly, they also provide a resolution for a safety recall that I was told… from another site that they couldn’t do due to parts availability. If I’m ever in the area, I would have NO issues going to this service department again.That’s awesome! Thank you for swinging in during travel and for the kind words.

My tint on my driver's window was damaged and someone drove my car through muddy waters with my drivers door open and water was on… Dash and my doorI believe your assessment of our team is pretty unfair. When a vehicle is over 11 years old with 330,000 miles on it, we are sometimes at the mercy of things not always working properly no matter what we do. On this particular occasion, we fixed everything that was allowed on your lifetime maxcare warranty, you declined all other repairs that were recommended and necessary. We even honored your expired coupon by giving you an additional discount. My team works extremely hard to take care of every customer in every situation.
