Have been using Polk Ram Gainsville since my 2017 Ram 2500 was new. They are well organized and efficient. Their service reps sit with you and listen to concerns, discuss factory suggested services, print out our completed procedures and make a plan to keep my big beautiful investment happy. I pre-buy oil changes at a big discount. Like buy three and get fourth for free.
