Great buying experience not so much on service-Low tire pressures

Great buying experience but routine maintenance is questionable. Great customer service but not happy with service. Took in for tire rotation and my tires all had low tire pressure warning on them within 6 hours so had to go to Discount Tires to fix them!

Thank you for the kind words about your buying experience and the feedback on the tire pressure. I understand your frustration and we actually get many people upset about those tire pressure monitors. When we have big drops in temperature, the light can NOT be on when it is 80 degrees in the morning & BE on by 7pm when it dropped to 50 degrees (people call in all the time). Sometimes we adjust them for folks and unfortunately, the very next day it has to be adjusted again because of temperature differences. We will continue to work through it and thank you again.
