onThis dealer had my car for 3 weeks to fix service problems. I still have 2 problems they claimed they fixed. My tint on my driver's window was damaged and someone drove my car through muddy waters with my drivers door open and water was on Dash and my door

I believe your assessment of our team is pretty unfair. When a vehicle is over 11 years old with 330,000 miles on it, we are sometimes at the mercy of things not always working properly no matter what we do. On this particular occasion, we fixed everything that was allowed on your lifetime maxcare warranty, you declined all other repairs that were recommended and necessary. We even honored your expired coupon by giving you an additional discount. My team works extremely hard to take care of every customer in every situation.
