I’ve purchased two cars from Hendrick VW in the past year, and each time has been a great experience thanks to George Strong. George is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right vehicle in your price… range without any pressure.
Both purchases were smooth, straightforward, and handled with top-notch service from start to finish. I truly appreciate the honesty, efficiency, and attention to detail George and the Hendrick VW team bring to the table.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience!

Excellent experience buying my 2017 VW Tiguan!
by LucasCury on 05/30/2017My experience buying a 2017 Tiguan Wolfsburg Edition was excellent! Most of it was due to all the support I got from Robert Fabian, the Sales rep that helped me along the way. I was initially planning to buy a brand new Jetta last year,… and Robert reached me after a contact I did online through Hendrick's website. I did the test drive, got the best offer available, better than KBB fair purchase price. Unfortunately I had to postpone my purchase. Around 6 months later I called Robert, who remembered me and our discussion about the Jetta, and started a new conversation about the Tiguan. We found a car in their inventory that matched my needs and my budget. We did the test drive and I was almost sure about the purchase but still a little hesitant - usual for an over-thinker. He clarified all my doubts about the car, about the VW and Hendrick's service and about the purchase process. Moving forward in the purchase process, I've met Seth Baker to discuss finance details, great guy, easy to talk and discuss. I had a pre-approved auto loan letter from my bank, but he tried to get even better financing deals for me which was a plus. All negotiation and payment steps happened as per discussion, no issues. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Hendrick Volkswagen Frisco dealership - go talk to Robert Fabian - to anyone interested in a Volkswagen!Best Stock and Fast, Accurate Communication

Their fast and fair price- in writing- from my internet inquiry got me in the door. Their knowledgeable, prompt communication and… well-researched answers just kept coming all as I assessed their available stock. This dealership has pristine vehicles! No hail damage, which is a rarity in Texas, and the dealership's management was creative in finding me extra time behind the wheel to be certain of my choices. by Kinshuk on 05/26/2017One of most unprofessional place I have ever been. I drop my car 7 am in d morning on d request of James J Saliva. They called me becoz of d wrost service they have given me and want to make up for that. They had my car for the entire day… and didnt fix or do anything. Nobody even calls to tell me wat is going on with my car. I went in d evening to pick my car .... i asked for my keys .... They Don't know where my keys are. They Don't ve any work ethics in them. I totally wasted my time by coming to this place again. Don't go to this place. Their technician are not able to identify the problem correctly. I got my Volkswagen jetta serviced here couple of months ago ..... they said to me that check engine light is on, do this do that. I got d work done whatever they said. The same problem started all over again and this time they are do this and do that becoz it's different problem. Both the times they said engine requires work. They are simply making people fool who doesn't know technicality. I m not going to this place again. Not at all.Responsive/Customer Service

Robert Fabian is exactly what the modern car salesman should be. He is… upfront and honest. He and the entire family at Hendricks are straight shooters. They made me a deal on my Maxima that was amazing. That's right, a Maxima at a Volks dealership. I expressed to Robert at the onset that I was extremely pressed for time and needed to make a deal asap. And he did just that. This guy literally jogged between negotiations and after words to bring me my car. He jogged. How awesome is that? So, buy a car from these running deal making maniacs. Especially Robert. Go! Go now! by Crsmith271 on 09/01/2016On 8/27/2016, I visited Hendrick Volkswagen inquiring about a certain vehicle I seen after visiting their website. Upon my arrival I spoke with the receptionist and requested to speak with David Davidson. She stated, Unfortunately… hes busy with another customer, but heres Michael Hall and hell be more than happy to assist you. After Michael introduced himself to my friend and I, we proceeded to view the vehicle. To my surprise the vehicle was in immaculate condition inside and out, to be honest I was quite impressed how well maintained it was, so kudos to the detailing crew their. After we drove around the area we returned to the dealership and began discussing numbers. While in the office we discussed the amount I would like to pay, and etc. Furthermore, I would like to say Michael was very professional and polite in his approach in handling this deal for me to make sure I received the best deal possible. After discussing the numbers with the finance department, Tyler Wilde made his way to the office to speak with me. After Tyler Wilde introduced himself to my friend and I, he clearly stated he was there to assist in the best way he can and was very professional in his approach, which meant a lot. After discussing everything we concluded well have to finish up on 08/29/2016. On 08/29/2016, I spoke with Michael Hall and we discussed the numbers once again and to my surprise they were able to close the deal. Later that day I returned to the dealership, and upon my arrival I was approached by David Davidson. He introduced himself and was very professional the entire time. He began to walk me back to Michael Halls office and kindly excused himself and Michael and I began discussing the final steps of the deal. During our discussion, Matt Noel entered the office and introduced himself and stated he personally handled the deal on his end to make sure I received the best deal, which was a stellar move on his part. Eventually Michael transferred me to Lee Nolen in finance. Lee was very helpful as well in explaining everything to me regarding the warranty and insurance. After everything was finalized Michael proceeded to give me the keys and before we parted he left me with some great advice then handed me the keys to my new buddy and I was on my way. In conclusion, for someone who has chose not to buy a vehicle in 16 years this was a very smooth experience for me. Mostly, I would like to thank everyone at Hendrick Volkswagen, and would highly recommend Hendrick Volkswagen as the go to dealership for your next car buying experience. Thanks, C. Mike Hall is friendly, honest, and most of all, he listens to what the customer wants. It was the listening that ultimately lead me to… purchasing the car that day. Carey Broudy, in finance, told me all about the add-ons, such as, extended warranties, road side assistance, oil changes, and so on, and after explaining what was included and actually worth money, he didn't try to talk me into more than I wanted. I live better than 40 miles from this dealership, but it was worth the drive to talk to the great folks at Hendrick. I never felt pressured into making a deal and everything was explained thoroughly so there was no confuse. If I could write a one word review it's Honest. Through each step, consultation, sales, and finance, they were completely honest with me. 10/10 would buy another car from this dealershipGreat Dealership

He has graduated with highest grade across the board. Will refer all my friends and family… to Leo. Facility is very clean and neat. Their service drive is pretty nice too. I needed a truck, and was quite sad that I wasn't going to be… able to get a VW. So, I started looking for a Toyota Tundra and found a used one at Hendricks. Leo was super friendly and VERY accommodating. I was closing on a home and very afraid that I was going to miss out on a this truck I fell in love with because of the home. However, Leo and the management went above and beyond to hold the truck until I was able to close on the home. I couldn't believe it and neither could my friends and family members. The whole experience was stress free and I truly appreciated the "personal touch" with the above and beyond (your normal job responsibilities) attitude. As a entrepreneur who practices the same beliefs and attitude, made the overall experience memorable. Thank you Leo and Hendricks team for such a truly wonderful experience for both me and my wife. I felt absolutely no pressure. I felt a rapport with him immediately --… that he was in my corner the whole time. Test driving was a breeze and I felt I had plenty of time to look at and inquire about the car. I bought the car for a totally fair price and I got a great service plan.
