My experience buying a 2017 Tiguan Wolfsburg Edition was excellent! Most of it was due to all the support I got from Robert Fabian, the Sales rep that helped me along the way. I was initially planning to buy a brand new Jetta last year, and Robert reached me after a contact I did online through Hendrick's website. I did the test drive, got the best offer available, better than KBB fair purchase price. Unfortunately I had to postpone my purchase. Around 6 months later I called Robert, who remembered me and our discussion about the Jetta, and started a new conversation about the Tiguan. We found a car in their inventory that matched my needs and my budget. We did the test drive and I was almost sure about the purchase but still a little hesitant - usual for an over-thinker. He clarified all my doubts about the car, about the VW and Hendrick's service and about the purchase process. Moving forward in the purchase process, I've met Seth Baker to discuss finance details, great guy, easy to talk and discuss. I had a pre-approved auto loan letter from my bank, but he tried to get even better financing deals for me which was a plus. All negotiation and payment steps happened as per discussion, no issues. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Hendrick Volkswagen Frisco dealership - go talk to Robert Fabian - to anyone interested in a Volkswagen!
