Hendrick Volkswagen Frisco

On 8/27/2016, I visited Hendrick Volkswagen inquiring about a certain vehicle I seen after visiting their website. Upon my arrival I spoke with the receptionist and requested to speak with David Davidson. She stated, “Unfortunately he’s busy with another customer, but here’s Michael Hall and he’ll be more than happy to assist you”. After Michael introduced himself to my friend and I, we proceeded to view the vehicle. To my surprise the vehicle was in immaculate condition inside and out, to be honest I was quite impressed how well maintained it was, so kudos to the detailing crew their. After we drove around the area we returned to the dealership and began discussing numbers. While in the office we discussed the amount I would like to pay, and etc. Furthermore, I would like to say Michael was very professional and polite in his approach in handling this deal for me to make sure I received the best deal possible. After discussing the numbers with the finance department, Tyler Wilde made his way to the office to speak with me. After Tyler Wilde introduced himself to my friend and I, he clearly stated he was there to assist in the best way he can and was very professional in his approach, which meant a lot. After discussing everything we concluded we’ll have to finish up on 08/29/2016. On 08/29/2016, I spoke with Michael Hall and we discussed the numbers once again and to my surprise they were able to close the deal. Later that day I returned to the dealership, and upon my arrival I was approached by David Davidson. He introduced himself and was very professional the entire time. He began to walk me back to Michael Hall’s office and kindly excused himself and Michael and I began discussing the final steps of the deal. During our discussion, Matt Noel entered the office and introduced himself and stated he personally handled the deal on his end to make sure I received the best deal, which was a stellar move on his part. Eventually Michael transferred me to Lee Nolen in finance. Lee was very helpful as well in explaining everything to me regarding the warranty and insurance. After everything was finalized Michael proceeded to give me the keys and before we parted he left me with some great advice then handed me the keys to my new buddy and I was on my way. In conclusion, for someone who has chose not to buy a vehicle in 16 years this was a very smooth experience for me.
