3 hours for oil change
by Xmedina on 07/20/2020Got there around 8:45 am, no customer in any of the service counters, 3 customers on the waiting area. Seem like a very slow day. I wait until 12 pm to inquire about my truck and I noticed they forgot about me, so they rush and get someone… to help out, then Jordyn tells me it should be about 20 more minutes...an hour goes by, then I get my car. service repairs and rental car refund

2009 dodge challenger
by stephen washington on 10/16/2019our names are Mike/Stephen. the buy of the car was good a little long but we are in california. still waiting on refund of dead battery we were promised by saleman Lorenz, Brandon" Wed, Aug 28, 1:30 PM to me Stephen, Eddie sent you all… of the documents. The car was running perfectly fine before your driver picked it up. - my GSM is agreeing to pay for a new battery so long as you provide us with a receipt so we can get you reimbursed. this was in august 28. not even a return email. also still waiting on the tx lic plates. this is very depressing when we were ask to do something it was told WE NEEDED TO DO THIS ASAP. but we dont get the same in returnThank you very much for sharing these comments, Stephen. Terrible Customer Service!

No communication, broken promises as to when the vehicle would be ready to be delivered and delivery time. Bad experience overall!Thank you very much for sharing these comments. Used car purchase experience
by NCCamry on 08/27/2019Contacted regarding specific vehicle. Got quite a bit of run around on where it was and being available, and was shown multiple other cars instead. Finally 'found' and brought around the car I was interested in and ultimately… bought. Since it was late in the day, I brought the vehicle back for it's full detailing, etc. Paint issues were rough buffed and still apparent, fairly significant crack in windshield which I had to do the follow up appt and scheduling of with third party and really not convinced what they did had any impact or value....crack looks the same, one tire had slow leak I had to have repaired and within only a couple of hundred miles, I'm already getting a 'maintenance needed' warning light.Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Zero stars
by DeniseM on 08/09/2019Completely disorganized and ZERO customer service through the entire process. Last issue involved Notifying them of a broken seat belt. Temporarily fixed when tried to notify them of the safety issue days after driving off the lot was… given the run around by service and told there would be a charge. Did not receive calls back from sales after numerous attempts finally told to take it to the dealership of the make by management. Zero ownership for issues was the status through the entire transaction. Vehicle never should have been sold with a safety issue.
