onI brought my 2001 F-150 in for a loss of oil problem. Fred handled the matter extremely thoroughly and courterous. I have been trading with this Ford dealership since July, 2000. This was my first encounter with Fred and am most impressed with his knowledge and options explanations. Thank you for having such an outstanding employee.
