Dealership Service Review
Overall the service on my truck was good and the advisor gets a 5 star. However, your service acceptance of me and my vehicle at the dealership needs a lot of improvement. First, all I received when I arrived was a person pointing to where I should park then that person disappeared, No one to greet me or ask about why I was visiting or direct to my service advisor. Next I walk in and there is no order to or direction to find my service advisor and it really appears that none of them even notice I am there or want to take the time to ask if I need help or to try and get me to my service advisor, so I just have to wait until someone appears to be free and able to help me. Not one service advisor ever looked up to see if anyone waiting in the area needed help. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! I suggest the leadership at this Ford Service Dept. go observe and take notes from the Frisco, TX Honda dealership next door to see how it is done the right way. This isn't a one-off experience - this is how it usually goes when I arrive at this service center. Now that I work from home I will most likely use a different Ford dealership for service.
