And it took you 21 day$ to do le$$ than 8 hour$ of work. Then y’all tried to add a bunch of other $tuff ju$t to… boo$t your outrageou$ profit margin. $327 for an oil change? $97 each to change 2 brake light bulbs? $91 to replace wipers? Thi$ lead$ me to believe the $3637 you charged for the root cau$e $olution wa$ at lea$t $1500 more than you would have charged had I been able to $chedule the work and drive it In myself. Y’all are Greedy A$$ Ba$tard$! I’m $urpri$ed that you didn’t charge me $100/day parking…Oil change/ recall
by Tiffany on 07/18/2023I bought my car here with Tom Anderson- he is amazing. I get my car serviced here and I always check in with Tom because he is the best and so kind. Lori Smith at the service counter has helped me out the last two times with my oil change.… I will go to her every time now- she is very sweet and makes sure everything is done right and I’m happy before I leave. She sent me a text saying my car had a recall and that they would fix it while I was there. She also texted to see what time I needed it back and if I wanted a car wash. They go above and beyond. I recommend Ford Autonation!Tiffany, we set high expectations for ourselves so it’s gratifying to hear you had a great experience with us. My service experience
by Jmd12345 on 07/14/2023A recalled part that has been waiting for repairs since august of 2022 Labor charges inflated Had to get a rental car and pay for it myself because they have no loaners Always trying to suggest repairs that are not needed— ie: new tires… when my tires are only 3 months old or new brakes when I just had new pads and roaters put on recently . Sean, however was terrific and should be separated out from the facility. He was very helpful and the ONLY person that ever called me backHi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Great Experience

The whole transaction was seamless! Dante went above and beyond to make sure I was… comfortable and all my concerns were addressed. He even made a video so I could actually see the car I was buying. Rahim made the paperwork process very simple and also addressed all our concerns. Overall, one of the best experiences I ever had at a dealership!! Buying a car without seeing it is very stressful, but they made the whole process comfortable from beginning to end!! Excellent Customer Service

Although, I thought my wait for the service was a little long, the waiting area was great. Tables w/chairs to set up my laptop and do work. Free WiFi… if I want to surf on my phone, even hot chocolate at the self service coffee station. Music playing was spirited but not too loud or distracting. He shared timely information with me as new models came… along that fit the bill, and helped me find "the one." A salesperson that gives you space- who'da thunk it? Once I arrived to see "the one" we were able to get the transaction done in less than 2.5 hours; is that even possible anymore? Well if you shop here with this team, yes it is! Genuine Care

My beautiful fusion had a brake line recall and I had a personal need to get the recall done sooner than Q3, which is when parts were likely to arrive. Jamie put me on his schedule… to check back every week to update me should the parts come available. The day they became available, he called me and I came in the next day to have the job done. Not only this, but Jamie also worked with my school and work schedule. He paid for my Lyft so that I could go to Starbucks and do work and school. I am so grateful for all Jamie did and I feel that I will return his dealership should I have need to going forward. Thank you so much Jamie and Naomi! *Naomi also helped out coordinating everything. AutoNation in Frisco, Texas accepted my offer and we quickly closed the deal, and then we drove home in our new F150. I have been a GM buyer for over 40 years,… so this is my first Ford purchased in decades. Sean interfaced with insurance co and gained approval to replace. Done in half… a day. This is second time I had service at AutoNation Ford, both were 5 star. Horrible service

Made an appointment and was told it would take 4-5 days to even look at it. .5 days went by and I reached out to check the status. Was told that a technician still hadn't… been assigned and that they would update me three days later. Ridiculous! I ended up picking up my truck and taking it to another Ford dealership in Lewisville which they were able to get in right away. The same day I was told what would be needed to fix it and should have it back in two days.
