We had a terrible time with getting my brand new 23 ford explorer (which we purchased there only 5 months ago) serviced. They didn’t have any loaners available and said I would have to leave it for 2+ weeks just to be diagnosed, even though I had made an appt to drop it off to be looked at weeks before. We got the run around from the guy assigned to our car. Our service rep got so defensive and short with us whenever we had any questions over the THREE WEEKS that it was there. I finally just said to forget it, and that I’d be there to pick it up the next morning. I received a message saying that he would have it all ready to go the next day. After I got there the next day, they were like we’re sorry ma’am, we don’t have the vehicle or the paperwork ready! So I proceeded to sit for an hour and a half while they finished up paperwork.
