Making the appointment over the phone was easy. The day I dropped the truck off was pretty simple and fast as well. I did get a call later on that morning letting me know the parts in question were not available and they would be in the next day. The next day I got another call that the parts were still not in stock. I got another call later that day in the late afternoon that the parts did come in (some of them) and the truck was ready if I wanted to get it. I picked it up and was told I would get a call when the other parts were available and I could make another appointment. I understand that parts may not always be on hand but would like to see some method put in place where I don't bring the vehicle in until all the parts are available.
