    I took my 2021 Ford Bronco in for some maintenance the other day. I'll tell you, their whole process could not be any easier! From the Lyft ride home, to the text updates, to payment by phone to bringing it back to me. Just an awesome experience!!! And I learned that the next time, I can arrange things so that they come get the vehicle to start with! Great job!!😊😊😊

    What a great experience today. I came into the dealership looking to setup an appointment to service my truck. My service agent looked in the schedule and ask me if I would like to go ahead and get it done now. I was offered various options for a ride t wherever I wanted to go if I didn't want to wait at the dealership. Great service and an amazing agent. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

  • Recall work done on my F-250

    Making the appointment over the phone was easy. The day I dropped the truck off was pretty simple and fast as well. I did get a call later on that morning letting me know the parts in question were not available and they would be in the next day. The next day I got another call that the parts were still not in stock. I got another call later that day in the late afternoon that the parts did come in (some of them) and the truck was ready if I wanted to get it. I picked it up and was told I would get a call when the other parts were available and I could make another appointment. I understand that parts may not always be on hand but would like to see some method put in place where I don't bring the vehicle in until all the parts are available.

    Had a part replaced under recall. Autonation Ford Frisco understood the problem, worked me into their schedule quickly, and finished the job well under the estimated time. Appreciate the free ride to my house, and them delivering the car afterwards.

    We had a terrible time with getting my brand new 23 ford explorer (which we purchased there only 5 months ago) serviced. They didn’t have any loaners available and said I would have to leave it for 2+ weeks just to be diagnosed, even though I had made an appt to drop it off to be looked at weeks before. We got the run around from the guy assigned to our car. Our service rep got so defensive and short with us whenever we had any questions over the THREE WEEKS that it was there. I finally just said to forget it, and that I’d be there to pick it up the next morning. I received a message saying that he would have it all ready to go the next day. After I got there the next day, they were like we’re sorry ma’am, we don’t have the vehicle or the paperwork ready! So I proceeded to sit for an hour and a half while they finished up paperwork.

    i had 2 recall codes that caused my check engine light to come on. even though i didn't purchase the vehicle here Jamie Little welcomed me in and treated me as if i was the most important customer he had. that type of work ethic is what will make me return next time something needs to be done. great job!

    Exceptional service by this dealership again! Service Advisor, Fabian, was also exceptional. Had a 7:00am appointment to have my vehicle serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. Greeted by service advisor Fabian, who checked my vehicle in at 7:04am, checked my previous servicing and indicated only the oil change and tire rotation would be required. A multi-point service and vehicle safety inspection would also be performed. My vehicle was ready at 7:47am. Exceptional service by this dealership again, as well as by Fabian.

    Took my F150 King Ranch in for regular service. They compiled that and pointed out they found water in brake fluid, needed fluid changed. Also, needed a new engine air filter. They did both then deliver my truck to my home. Fabian was Service contact.

  • AC Blower motor recall repair that broke my AC

    Took vehicle in with working AC to have recall of AC blower motor replacement performed. After dealership replaced AC blower motor per recall the AC did not work. Dealership requested Ford Motor Co cover additional fix to get AC working again. Ford Motor Co refused and dealership also refused to fix issue to get AC working consistently again. Dealership wanted me to call Ford Motor Co to request they cover fix or charge me $768.37 to fix an AC that worked prior to their "recall" service.

    I had a good experience here. They definitely improved the image I have based on experience of car salespeople. My only complaint is that when I was walking out to my new keep I was informed that there was only 1 key fob. I probably wouldn’t have cared too much while signing papers, but I assumed there would be two keys instead of one. So, that was disappointing, but otherwise a great experience
