Dealership Service Review
My sales guy was a great guy, but about a week after I got the truck the check engine light came on. Took it in and waited. I get it, it is a used truck, stuff happens. About a week later, I get a call saying there wasn’t really anything wrong. So naturally I asked why the check engine light came on and was told because the carbon build up is the converter. Ok it happens. Made me nervous because it didn’t seem like that big of a deal to anyone. So moved on and about 10 days later, light came back on. Seemed kind of fast to me. But took it back in. Honestly from making this a really long rant I’ll just say no communication. I talked to a supervisor 3 days ago and he said he would talk to his tech to see where it’s at and nothing. Just called and was on hold only to be told the tech and the supervisor is gone. Now I feel like I made the wrong decision on buying here even when my sales guy was great. Now I’m stuck.
