Messed up my car

Brought my car in for an oil change. They bent my hood prop and now my car has an oil leak. They either used the wrong drain plug gasket or stripped my plug/pan. Now they want me to pay labor for them to fix their mess.

I want to take back my comment because I was in the heat of the moment and was venting. They are good people, but just made a mistake.
