Contacted on a Thursday, went in and purchased on a Saturday and picked it up on Tuesday. Super Easy and Jerome was a helpful and knowable salesman along with Austin for his help with financing.

    Our purchase experience at AutoNation Ford Frisco was an overall awesome experience. Scott Alter, Jr. was great to work with from start to finish. He valued pour time and didn't waste it by showing us what he felt we needed. Instead, he took the time to listen to what we wanted and made sure he showed us only vehicles that met our needs. The negotiation process was painless and uncomplicated. While there was a short wait for finance, once in the office, the process was quick and easy. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly, helpful, courteous and honest. We will definitely return to AutoNation in Frisco!

    It had been awhile since I last bought a car, and I remembered how hard it was to go through the process with no hassles. Thankfully, Carlos V. at AutoNation Ford made it so easy to get things done. I walked out of there with a new F150 and none of the back and forth haggling game that tends to happen too often.

    Trading motor vehicles is an experience that many consumers dread and I am no exception, even though when I was younger I sold motor vehicles. My wife and I had been looking at new vehicles for several weeks as our Jeep 's mileage had passed 120,000 even though mechanically the vehicle was in excellent condition. Even the tires were almost new. Thus trading was an option for us and not something mandatory. After spending numerous hours at several different dealerships we resorted to the internet and found several dealers with nice discounts on 2015 vehicles. That meant getting a reasonable trade in would most likely be a significant challenge. We already had "trade in" values from some dealers plus the vehicle trade-in value from several internet search sites. Upon entering the AutoNation complex in Frisco, we were met my a very nice young man that not once talked down to us, wasn't pushy or came off as a "know it all". At least we were on a good start for our "adventure" in car trading. We ask to see three Explorers that were listed on the internet and having reasonably good discounts. One had been sold however two remained. That too added to this being a good start as some dealers advertise only one specific vehicle and tell you they are sorry but that vehicle ahs already been sold. We drove the vehicles and decided on one almost immediately. We made an offer in writing and were actually within a reasonable distance on the trade. After a short time , our counter offer to the company was accepted and we traded for a 2015 Explorer. While it does take a little time , have all of you "homework" done before you go to the dealer and then make the dealer a reasonable officer, one that will he will, want to accept or at least come back with a close counter offer. The vehicle was prepped and made ready while we waited and we drove off in a short time in our 2015 Explorer. All of the staff was courteous and professional, and we were well pleased with out transaction. Our only down side was the offer made by the company for an extended warranty and continuing maintenance serve on the vehicle. I had already done research on Ford's extended warranty plans from other Ford dealers and found a wide variance in prices for the same identical plans. Due to price ask by this dealership we decided against purchasing an extended service plans. We are most pleased with this purchase and can certainly recommend AutoNation and our salesman as being a place to go to look for a new vehicle.

    Without going into great detail, I recently purchased a 2014 Ford from AutoNation Ford Frisco. When I arrived at the dealership a problem arose with the vehicle I was trying to purchase, but with a bit of negotiating and help from salesman and the online sales manager, I was able to consummate the deal. I would like to thank both Sal S. and Dean A. for their straight forward handling of this matter. Had my problem not been dealt with properly, I would have walked away, but it was taken care of and I will definitely consider this dealership for future purchases. Good job guys.

    I've always driven Chevrolet Suburban's and Pickups, but decide to take a look at Ford and I have been very pleased. The sales process at AutoNation Ford Frisco was excellent.     My husband and I recently purchased a Ford Escape from AutoNation Ford Frisco. We worked with Kacey Y., and she was incredible! She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and worked hard to get us the best deal. I loved that Kacey made a point not to fill my inbox with constant emails, and in the end, the customer service was why we purchased from AutoNation Ford Frisco!

He presented me all my options including having everything in order for me when I arrived to test drive. His knowledge was great.     O'Dell B. was great to work with in getting set up with a 2011 Ford Focus w/low mileage. Wasn't on his lot but he personally arranged to drive it over from another dealers lot so we could test drive the following day. He made it a simple and low stress process to close the deal. he followed up post sale and answered several questions even after the dealership had my money and moved on to the next sale. I'd highly recommend Dell to work with on your next car purchase - the man keeps his commitments and will help you anyway he can. As for my new Ford, this car is GREAT on gas mileage and has many of the features that are needed like hands free sync technology and sat radio for driving long distances. Not the most powerful car in its class but not the weakest either and I feel its a great value for the price we paid.

    I was currently in the market for leasing a Ford Explorer and I had entered my information on their website and within minutes got a call from Randy one of the car salesman at the dealership. He was freindly and had a depth of knowledge about the vehicle I was interested in. I had gone to the dealership the same evening and was greeted by Randy. He made me and my wife feel comfortable at the dealership, he answered all my questions. I had requested for a black car he assured me they had one in stock but at a different store. I leased the car from them he same evening and my Black Ford Explorer was delivered the next day. Randy updated me on the progress of paperwork and the location of the vehicle, throught the next day. He called me in at 5pm and as promised had the car ready. However, I would suggest that the dealership should book an appointment on the day of the delivery, where they would have all the paperwork ready and can be signed immediately, rather than waiting for sometime. I am very pleased with my vehicle and the service I received from AutoNation Ford Frisco, I look forward to the beginning of a great relationship.

    My company just recently relocated me from Spain. I had a Ford C-Max in Spain and was completely sure I wanted a C-Max or a Escape here. But I had a problem, being new to the US I didn't had a good credit history, not even a bad one, I just didn't have a credit history at all. These guys advised me really well and offered me a lease that, not only allowed me to buy the car I wanted (2014 Ford Escape) but did it in a way that's going to create a good credit history for me. Something that I'll be needing to be able to apply for credit cards, mortgage, etc. They made everything as easy as possible and I am now a happy owner and driver of a very good vehicle. If you are looking for a Ford, they have an impressive selection, excellent service and very good professionals. In fact, we are going to need a second car for my spouse and we think we are going to go back for a C-Max Hybrid!

    We just purchased our third new car from Carlos V. and AutoNation Ford of Frisco - a 2014 Flex. The entire experience was fantastic. This time we went to AutoNation Ford of Frisco with only a general idea of what type of vehicle we wanted. Carlos listened to our wants, pointed us to the vehicles that fitted our needs and then got us the specific car (with the specific color and equipment) we wanted. It was a great experience and we will definitely continue to trade with AutoNation Ford of Frisco. We love our new Flex.

    While I am satisfied with the price and, in general, the overall experience, there are a few point that I am unhappy with. I live 300 miles away from this dealership. First off they low balled me with the trade-in value. We told them no and to try again. They came back with another low number and we said thank you for your time, we will be leaving now. Then the manager came over and said he will get a better number for us. He finally came up with a reasonable number. The window sticker indicated that it was supposed to have a tonneau cover and that was included with the price. No tonneau cover was in the vehicle and they did not have one on the lot. It had to be specially ordered. After we finally made a deal with the vehicle (3 hours later at 10 pm, mind you we have our two children with us), it came back from being detailed and they had scratched the back. They apologized profusely and offered to fix it if I was ever in town again. Plus they are sending me touch up paint, floor mats and offered free oil changes to compensate me for the damages. I specifically asked the salesman, Brandon, if I had to drive back to Frisco to use the free oil changes or would I be able to use them in my city. He said they would be valid in my city. I just found out that they are only valid at the Frisco store. SMH Bad business guys. You will not be getting a recommendation from this girl.

    Horrible experience. I had been communicating with Sal via email. I arrived as scheduled for test drive, introduced myself then he asked me if my husband was coming. (Strike) He then wrote up wrong vehicle. When I informed of this he did not believe me (strike). Once terms were agreed I waited 2 hours - nothing. I said I had to leave, scheduled appt for Monday eve. Arrived as scheduled...one hour later still waiting. Alas during financials Sal failed to mention I requested a specific lender ( strike). I walked out!!! DH

    I walked into the dealership with a trade that I was upside down in. Scott my salesman was phenomenal about getting me out of my negative equity and into the exact car that I was looking for. My payments are on point to what I was willing to pay. My over the top experience I had was AutoNation Ford's ability to take care of an imperfection on my car with no questions asked. Now that is outstanding Customer Service! The entire process of purchasing, signing, and driving off the lot was smooth and and very quick. The finance guy was awesome as well, he did not pressure me into buying extra items that I really didn't want or need. I cannot wait until my lease is up so I can return to Auto Nation Ford Frisco for my next vehicle. I plan on trading my wife's car at Auto Nation Ford in the next few months.
