I walked into the dealership with a trade that I was upside down in. Scott my salesman was phenomenal about getting me out of my negative equity and into the exact car that I was looking for. My payments are on point to what I was willing to pay. My over the top experience I had was AutoNation Ford's ability to take care of an imperfection on my car with no questions asked. Now that is outstanding Customer Service! The entire process of purchasing, signing, and driving off the lot was smooth and and very quick. The finance guy was awesome as well, he did not pressure me into buying extra items that I really didn't want or need.
