    My Husband and I bought both our jeeps there and been going there since 2008, after a not so unfavorable experience with a service tech Don in March of 2021 after my husband passed, I was not going to go back. The Service Director/manager Brad Lee has gone far and beyond to be sure that I am well serviced and in a timely manner. along with Dana, People like Brad and Dana are far and few. The only thing I would address is when you get an oil change, they automatically rotate your tires without your knowledge, This I was not aware of, and the service tech Steven did not bring this to my attention. Thank you, Brad and Dana,

    I hit a very large retread off a semi-tractor/trailer on the interstate at a high rate of speed. I was concerned that it may have knocked my Jeep Grand Cherokee out of alignment. My service rep Kyle was super to work with and understood my concern. They not only checked and repaired the alignment, but checked to make sure nothing else was affected. He even did a super job explaining to me the recall on another vehicle I own and what to expect. I will definitely come back to Kyle with my repair needs.

    This by far is the best dealership I’ve dealt with in years!!! Dana, my advisor, was super fast, helpful and professional! Brad, the service mgr, came through the waiting area with snacks, checked in a few times to make sure I was good and came to me as I was leaving to make sure everything went well! They definitely have my repeat business moving forward! Thank you for making “adulting” more pleasant!!

    I had a “Perform Service” message pop up on my dash. I decided to take my truck to the dealer to see what the message was for. To my surprise they were able to do the service and provide a loaner for the time my truck was in the shop. Only reason I give 4 out 5 stars is because they didn’t check the wiper fluid, which for empty.

    The overall sales started out good. I purchased a vehicle two weeks ago this week the brakes failed. I notified the dealership, only to be told that I bought the vehicle as is, and there’s nothing that they can do. However, when I purchased the vehicle, I was told it had gone through an inspection when the diagnostic computer was hooked up to the vehicle after brakes failing there are a lot of issues, and this dealership doesn’t feel the need to make it right now or do they value my life, or have integrity or a moral compass. It is in your best interest to run don’t walk don’t even waste your time and don’t purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

    1- I call and made an appointment 2 weeks ahead 2- I didn't get a loaner car, 3- I was told to come in 2 days they would have a car for me never did get it 4- They keet telling me parts were coming 5- 3 weeks later they told me to come and pick up my Grand wagoneer that they have to order the parts and it was going to be a few months to get them
