This service department is so hit or miss! Sometimes I get great service so fast and efficient, others not so much. Of course the time I had both of my young children with me it was a not so much. . . I made my appointment days before, the new online system for booking a service is awful! Couldn’t even put in a simple oil change after receiving the text so had to book a different way, tried calling, just to request a text instead of someone just answering the phone, so annoying! Arrived at the appointment a few minutes early, stood around waiting for the service advisor to even come out and check me in for about 15 minutes and then head to wait another 45 for a simple oil change on a brand new jeep. It shouldn’t be so complicated!! The advisor was not friendly, even the poor lady who refilled my fluids could tell I was annoyed and kept checking on me because the advisor was lacking! If I didn’t have the jeep wave program, I would not being going here!
