    Scheduled appointment in person. Received email reminder. Dropped off vehicle. I asked if the work could be completed by 2pm, the rep said yes. Called at 2pm. Car wasn't ready until almost 4pm.

    Repeatedly call and service advisor never returned call. Will always go to voicemail and never respond to messages. Short on service people. A job that should have taken one day took two days.

    The only complaint I had is that the Service Department didn't contact me once the repair was completed. I had to reach out to them the second business day to see if it was ready.

  • Oil change

    Went in for scheduled oil and filter change, took about 1 he. , and 15 minutes. Waited in customer waiting area, they had coffee but no creamer or sugar/Splenda. I’ve gone to North Park Lincoln in San Antonio for same service and they have seven pastries and coffees to choose from, much more pleasant atmosphere.

    Went for oil change and a couple of recalls plus a broken seat bezel. Only really expected the oil change or if one if the recalls was done, expected to be there most of the day. But they were able to do everything except for one recall for which they needed parts. And it was all done within 3 hours.

  • Oil change took 7 hrs

    Had an appt for 1000am, arrived promptly and saw my truck enter the service bay at 1020. Was told by advisor it would take 2-3hrs. No updates throughtout day so I called at 330pm and was told they hadn't even started the oil change.

    The parts dept. personnel where very helpful and courteous. However the service desk people were the worst I have ever encountered. They were very unprofessional. The person that cashed me out didn't even thank me for my business or paying. They told me they did a maintainance check but I doubt it, as when I got home I checked and some of the fluids where still low as well as the tire pressure. My wife has a Toyota and whenever we take the car in for service they are glad we brought them our business and are extremely courteous and helpful. It makes me think about ever buying a Ford vehicle in the future.
